We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1 business day to allow for us to process, gift wrap, and package your order. If an item has a longer lead time or is on backorder, it will be noted in the item description. Some personalized items, like custom monograms, can take a while, so if you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us with your questions.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. You will get another email when your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, depending on the shipping method you choose.
Fraîche offers three different types of delivery:
- -UPS Ground (Ships to most places within 3-7 days)
- - In-Store Pickup (You may pick up gifts at our shop free of charge)
- - Gift Recipient Pickup (Gift registry recipients may pick up gifts at our store, free of charge)
Please keep in mind that Fraîche's storefront is closed on major holidays to allow our employees time off, so orders can be delayed if they are placed on the following US holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day & the following day, Christmas Day & the following day. Orders placed after 5:00pm on Fridays will be shipped on Monday. Please keep this in mind when you choose a shipping option.
