Returns
Most items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If you'd like to return your item(s) for any reason, simply ship it back to us in its original packaging with whatever shipping service you choose (at your cost, we do not cover shipping for returns). We will refund the original purchased amount to a gift card for store credit. Once we receive it, please allow about 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
Items that are ineligible for returns include: monogrammed items, engraved items, sale items, special orders, artwork, jewelry and items that are used or have been worn.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you've received an item that was damaged in shipping please email your order number and return reason to: contact@fraichehome.net within 30 days of receiving the order. We will do everything we can to replace or refund your order in a timely fashion. Include a picture of broken items if you are able to, in case we need to file a claim with UPS. If the item is to be returned due to damage claims, we will email you a UPS shipping label-- all you have to do is adhere it to the box and drop it off at any authorized UPS drop-off.
Substitutions
Items purchased from a bridal registry that are discontinued or otherwise not available may be substituted for a gift card of equal value in place of the actual gift. In turn, the bride or groom can redeem the gift card for the backordered item or any other purchase of their choosing. You may or may not be notified when this occurs.
When ordering fine china for a bridal registry, the registrants will receive a letter and gift card stating that the item(s) were purchased for them. In turn, the bride or groom can redeem the gift card for said items or use it to purchase anything else from our store. We do this to give the bride and groom flexibility in choosing pieces from their fine china patterns in case they do not receive a full set. Special orders for fine china are non-returnable, so having a gift card offers our brides and grooms flexibility in that regard too.
